Why become a Member of the PPOC Atlantic?

Here are the different types of memberships and their benefits:

ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP
This classification is open to anyone who is engaged in the field of photography. This includes full time photographers, studio owners, etc. Active membership includes membership in both the PPOC Atlantic as well as the PPOC (Professional Photographers of Canada).

Membership in the PPOC Atlantic entitles you to:

Attend PPOC Atlantic seminars, workshops and educational meetings at a reduced cost
Compete in Annual Print Competitions
Reduced registration rate at Annual PPOC Atlantic convention

OBSERVER MEMBERSHIP
This classification is open to anyone with an interest in photography. Observer status is designed as a stepping stone to join and 'observe' to see what the association is all about! Then when you're ready you can get more involved and become a full Active Member. Observer members do not have voting privileges, are unable to run for executive office, and are unable to use the PPOC Atlantic, or PPOC logos or regalia of the associations in any form of advertising or marketing.

Observer Membership entitles you to:

Reduced registration at the PPOC Atlantic Convention and Seminars
Subscription to our quarterly Developments Newsletter
Use of the PPOCA video library
